BWC Capital, LLC is a private equity firm headquartered in North Carolina. In operation since 2013, BWC Capital was formed to address opportunities outside the scope of BWC Consulting, a boutique strategy and financial advisory consulting firm in existence since 2005, and in response to the insatiable demand and widening gap for access to capital by emerging- and growth-oriented businesses.

Our investment strategy and approach has proven us to be determined, disciplined investors who do not shy away from complex circumstances but pride ourselves in uncovering innovative solutions and working diligently to create long-term value for the companies that we invest in. Our deliberate focus on pursuing investments that expand opportunity and economic inclusion in part differentiates us within the private equity space. Through our investment endeavors, we seek triple-win outcomes that: (1) produce attractive financial performance for our investment partners; (2) fill a persistent access to capital void for attractive, but difficult-to-finance investment opportunities; and (3) contribute to developing a more diverse pipeline of experienced professional practitioners along the economic development continuum.

To date, BWC Capital has made investments in real estate, media, financial services and technology start-up/emerging companies. Additionally, BWC Capital manages and owns EB5 Memphis Regional Center (MRC), LLC – a federally designated EB5 regional center located in the Memphis, TN with a MSA regional footprint. The MRC raises funds from foreign investors to provide debt and mezzanine financing for large scale economic development projects.
